I am so glad I had the pleasure of having him provide the assistance I required to set up my e-commerce account and answer all my questions. John is patient, knowledgeable, professional, and personable. Some of us who are still novice with technology find it daunting to follow along with tech savvy people. John is tech savvy; however, he meets the novice where she is and makes it a point to engage in a tone and attitude that makes the customer feel comfortable. - I have very little experience with building websites so after I got so far I needed professional help. I was put in touch with John and right away he was helping and teaching me how to modify my website and guiding me on how to optimize it. John has come to my rescue a few times with quick response times and consise information. I would recommend John aka Marvelous Media Solutions for sure!
- Don't use John Vigil!!! He made a lot of grand promises and never delivered. Several weeks went by and he did nothing. I finally contacted him and he gave me a song and dance about why the process could take up to 6 months. Really??? He communicates like a shady used car salesman. I was forced to do, what I had paid him to do, with the people from Wix. They informed me that my site was not touched by him. Also said my site was not even published!!! Told him I wanted a refund. He refused. DO NOT USE THIS GUY!!! He has several good reviews. I honestly believe they are fake! Marvelous Media Solutions specializes in minimizing bad reviews with a bunch of artificial good reviews. I will go to Wix and file an "employee abuse" claim on him and his company next.
