Maruti was asked to provide native iOS and Android applications that interact with the data being collected and provide a user-friendly access. We leveraged a sprint-based development model and they met the objectives of each sprint within time and budget. Additionally, there was the qualitative measure of end-user satisfaction. Maruti Techlabs delivered work on time. We had weekly meetings to discuss deliverables, blocking issues and needs for upcoming sprints. We also used these sprints to talk about medium and long-term objectives to assure we were using both the correct technologies and the correct team-members on the project. The team was readily available via Slack throughout the project to iterate through any questions or blocking issues. They are unique in that they provide a solution-based approach where they see your project as an extension of their team. Rather than just assigning resources and backing away, they assure that they are engaged from project planning all the way through the QA process. -
