- I wish I could rate this firm higher because I had high hopes when I contacted them. Unfortunately I must have had the bad luck of dealing with an unprofessional rep. She barely let me explain why I was contacting her, and then she tried to correct my statement with misinformation. Pure ignorance, she tried to inform me there was only one company with the name I was asking about. Unfortunately she is mistaken. If she googled that name, she would see for herself, there are many businesses doing just what they do in other locations with the same name. Disappointed that rep had such an ego.
