- Answering these three questions was important to me as I entered the process of finding a website design partner. 1. Could I successfully develop an appealing design with a partner who would care to understand my work, my thinking, and my design ideas? 2. Would I find a design partner with the patience to iterate again and again until we both loved the end product? 3. Could we develop a site that is both easy to use and appropriately informative? The answer to all three questions is yes! Greg Mandile is a technical pro, so finding that competence was a critical starting point for me. I knew I needed a patient listener who could be flexible through what I expected to be a lot of iteration. Turns out I was right about the need for a lot of iteration, and Greg was incredibly patient and interested in making sure the site is informative and simple. Finally, I learned through the process that Greg was as interested in communicating honestly and clearly with me as I was with him. You can and you probably should do a thorough search for your website developer. And if that search leads you to hiring Greg, you’ll no doubt be as delighted with your site as I am with mine.
