A disaster zone. Ripped off for a cheap, flimsy website that had no chance of being found by any search engine. Had to reclaim my domain and take it elsewhere. These people are clueless. * Just received a call from a particularly condescending staff member complaining about my review. How is that going to change my opinion? Apology maybe - refund perhaps. I had to learn more about websites than I ever wanted to just to figure out just how badly they had messed up. So much wasted time. - Working with Magic Dust as a contractor copywriter, has been a great experience. The team are efficient, professional and always quick to respond and help with any questions. They have a range of varied clients, which always makes the work interesting.
- We've had an extremely positive experience partnering with Magicdust on our latest website, from the sales process, through to design, implementation and pre and post going live support, the team have been nothing but exceptional. Special mention to Steven C in support who truly has the patience of a saint.
