Matt contact me via phone and resolved the issue on the spot. Although my issue was resolved it's a pity that it took a voicemail and a 1-star review to get a response. The products are excellent and an annual subscription is well worth the money, but they need to make sure that all support queries are resolved efficiently and properly. --- ORIGINAL REVIEW -- Company refuses to address issues regarding annual subscriptions after having taken money and moving to a new online marketplace. Should you feel the need to engage their services or buy their products, be aware that they will offer NO support. - We approached Matt and the team at M R K Websites to assist us with a community event in Orange. We required a website, some videos and a lot of guidance to get a good result in a short timeframe. Right from the start Matt was really helpful in guiding us towards getting good results. He was generous with his time and got on board with our vision for the project. When the website and videos were delivered, I was amazed at how creative and professional the website design and videos were. They over exceeded our expectations. An Awesome job. I cant say enough of how grateful I am for such an awesome result for our event and would recommend the team at M R K Websites to anyone looking for online marketing in the Central West of NSW
