- Mike, Randy, and co are an uncommon combination of creativity and responsiveness. They are able to help us focus our ideas and bring them to life in a way that adds significant value to our business. They have always delivered better and sooner than expected.
- I have been receiving invoices for "Website hosting and maintenance" from M&M even though my website has been inactive for many months. I sent an email inquiring why I was continuing to receive these invoices, and all I received was an email requesting a "change to registrant" for my website. M&M never personally responded to my email. How unprofessional can a company get?? A response to a simple question would have gone a long way in explaining the charges. Instead, they opted to avoid my question altogether. It just proves they were falsly charging for a service I was not receiving.
