BEWARE small business owners! My honest review of LYFE Website Design Services - I am a small business owner and needed a new website for my company so I hired LYFE to design my website from scratch in MAY 2020. (That was a mistake. I made the mistake of not looking at their negative google reviews prior to hiring them) LYFE was considerably cheaper than a competitor. I should have took that as an indication. I guess, I got what I paid for but how would I know? I haven't worked with any other marketing companies like this before in the past. I do know that this company is not professional, lacks creativity that a design company should have, and does not communicate thoroughly. Website Design - Their 1st draft was not good and not what I envisioned at all. A huge lack of creativity. I basically designed my own website. They just put it all in wordpress for me. They did what I told them to do, via email at least. They are terrible with communication. They don't call or communicate with you unless you call or email them first. Communications started off great with Catherine when she sold it to me and I signed the contract. Then I spoke to Jennifer once at the beginning of the project, she was nice. After that no one ever called me directly from LYFE ever again. Adam was my account supervisor, he never called me. They will respond to emails. They were able to get my project done and my website went live in SEPT 2020. I was not happy with their performance and communication. The whole process with LYFE made me feel like they didn't like me and they were too busy for me and my business. Honestly I think they just didn't care about my account. I will never hire them again.

We started with them prior to the launch of our product and they have been instrumental in our advertising success. Our account manager Lexie as been incredibly responsive to our needs and requests, very informative in helping us make decisions as we are new to all of this, and super supportive in all aspects. Great team, great company, and great resource to our business!

He makes sure that our requests are fulfilled and always goes above and beyond to help. My experience with Lyfe marketing has been wonderful, the quality of the work that they have produced for us has been amazing. I followed Lyfe marketing for 2 years before I hired them to do marking for my brand EbrookLael. When I finally decided to make an appointment, I spoke with Catherine Yingling, a Business Development Specialist. She listen to my goals and offer me products that would best fit my needs. Right after, Catherine connected me up with Digital Marketing Account Manager, Chanice Oliver. She's very professional and best of all, an expert in the field. Every time we spoke I felt great about the goals that we were working towards, understood what she was saying and most importantly I felt she was really working hard to help my company succeed. I've worked with many Marketing agencies prior and I must say Life marketing is the best and Chanice Oliver work is exemplary.

Lyfe Marketing has been the best thing that has happened to my business "Beautifull Gro, LLC"-which specializes in all natural hair growth products. Honestly, I was afraid to take a risk with a Marketing company (especially with limited funds), but I chose Lyfe Marketing because they stood out from the rest. Anthony (sales) was very enthusiastic, genuine, supportive, assuring and professional. He was the first face that I saw, spoke to and connected with. Then there's Jennifer, who is also very professional, understanding, supportive and she makes sure that things are working the way that they should, oh! And most importantly, her communication and listening skills are on point! When there were bumps in the road of my journey, she fixed them and brought Chanice on board to help escalate and bring value to my business. Absolutely love Chanice! She understood my needs, and treated it as if it was her own business. My concerns were her concerns. She's professional, outgoing and she genuinely cares about your business. I have to admit that I'm spoiled by Lyfe Marketing and I hope it stays that way. I have referred and will continue to refer people to this company. Thank you soooo much!!!
