Pragmatic AI. Conversational agents, document processing, workflow automation, RAG pipelines, and MCP servers wired into the systems you already run. We start with one measurable use case, prove the value, then scale. No pilot purgatory.
Project steering. Fractional CTO and technical project management for teams that need senior oversight without a full-time hire.
Training and change management. LVLUP is a registered French training provider. We run sessions on AI, automation, GDPR, and the EU AI Act, on site or remote. Adoption is where transformation projects die, so we treat it as part of the build.

We never work behind your IT department's back. Privacy by design and security by design are defaults, not options. We favor sovereign and eco-responsible hosting, with European providers and self-hosted instances where it fits.
