Lurto is a small AI engineering studio that builds custom AI solutions for service businesses in the United States and the United Kingdom, and then stays on to run them. We are not a prompt shop and we do not sell demos. Our work starts where most AI pilots stall: the point where a prototype that looked good on a clean example meets real data, missing fields, slow APIs and people who need it to work every morning.

What we build:

- AI agents that take over intake, triage, routing and follow-up across email, web forms and chat, with a human approval step wherever a mistake would be costly.

- Document generation for regulated and repetitive paperwork: reports, technical specifications, proposals and filings drafted from your own data and your own templates, checked against past submissions before anyone signs.

- AI voice receptionists that answer the phone, qualify the caller, book the appointment and hand over the call when a person is needed.

- Integrations that connect AI to the systems you already run, from CRMs such as HubSpot and Pipedrive to ERP and accounting databases, so answers are grounded in live records instead of guesses.

One example: for a hydrogeology engineering firm we built a regulatory document agent that has produced 168 documents against 349 boreholes on file, turning hours of drafting per project into minutes of review. The same client then commissioned a second system, a warehouse stock agent that answers questions over their accounting data and always states how fresh the numbers are.

Every engagement opens with a free consultation, followed by a short written diagnostic and a fixed scope and price agreed before the build begins. Clients own every account, every line of code and every document from day one. After launch, monthly care covers monitoring, fixes and steady improvements, so the system keeps working as the business changes. We work in English on US and UK hours, with a UK address in London.
