Lub System is an EU-based AI studio from Gdansk, Poland, founded in 2024. Our mission: build production-ready AI agents and automations that solve real B2B problems — not demos that never reach production.
We work with mid-sized and enterprise B2B companies across Europe, focusing on Polish, German, Austrian, and Swiss markets. Our team brings AI engineers, backend developers, and process consultants under one roof, so clients deal with one partner instead of coordinating multiple vendors.

Custom AI Agents — autonomous assistants for lead qualification, document processing, sales follow-up, and internal helpdesk. Built with LangChain, CrewAI, and AutoGen.
Workflow Automation — we connect CRM, email, accounting, Slack, ERP, and databases so they work together without manual intervention. n8n is our primary stack, with Make, Zapier, and Microsoft Power Automate.
RAG Knowledge Assistants — AI trained on internal company knowledge using Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate, or ChromaDB.
AI Chatbots and Voice Agents — multi-channel chatbots and voice AI with Vapi, Retell, ElevenLabs, and Twilio. Custom GPTs for OpenAI ecosystem.

Every engagement starts with a free 30-minute discovery call. We map the process, estimate ROI, and write a clear scope. Prototype in 2 to 4 weeks, followed by production rollout with monitoring and testing. Optional monthly retainer covers maintenance and improvements.
COMPLIANCE BY DESIGN
All builds are GDPR and EU AI Act compliant. Hosting on European servers available on request. AVV agreements signed for clients who require data processing contracts.
