- The account manager just passes on concepts without any quality control, defeating the purposes of having an account manager. The wrong artwork is continuously sent across, payment details go missing and there is no escalation, complaints or feedback channels other than on Google.
- The logo that I paid for, was terrible. Fine, whatever. What bothers me? YOU WILL RECEIVE DOZENS OF TEXT MESSAGE SPAMS IF YOU DO BUSINESS WITH LOGOVENTURE. They will sell your email address and phone number to a bunch of associated companies -- custom websites, publish your own book, animated video services, blog writers, mobile app development, ghost writing services, etc. I used a unique email alias to sign up at LogoVenture -- they are the only company I ever used this specific email address with -- so it is easy to see who they have sold my address to. Emails are easy to block, unfortunately SMS spam is not.
- Excellent Designing Company in North America I have background with German Area Studies in universities then manufacturing consumer electronics in Taiwan/China since 1999. In North America your company is the most efficient working one similar like Germans I like very much and will assign you further jobs whenever needed.
- I would recommend this to everyone and anyone. If you have limited GD abilities absolutely a must. Super user-friendly interface, great response time from staff. The value for all you get is AMAZING as well! Worth every penny!
- The experience I had with this company was good. I got a good package deal for my website, logo and flyer design. Thomas was great to work with. The website was a little challenging with understanding what I really want but at the end they got it. Overall, good guys to work with and very professional!
