Logo Enclave

Very Dishonest. They say that they are Australian based, yet are in actual fact based offshore. They do not provide what is requested, and fail to acknowledge fault. They became unresponsive when I contacted them to amend their fault, promised a refund then again ignored contact. Avoid this entity at all costs.

Steer clear and avoid, this business is a SCAM! I signed up to their services as they seemed reasonably priced, promised a 24-48hr turnaround time for logo, and advertised a 100% satisfaction and money back guarantee - if any of that was true then I would not have to resort to giving a 1-star review! Their services are conducted by a team offshore, as every email I sent took them at least 24-48 hrs to respond to (sometimes waiting up to 5 days for a response). To make matters worse, they completely ignore instructions, which means emails continuously go back and forth, wasting WEEKS of time. Simple instructions such as "I want my logo to be in 2 colours - black and red" seem to get lost in translation. You'll just spend weeks copy/pasting your same original instruction until they finally choose to read it. They will try up-sell you ancillary services such as copyrights, and will refuse to share the completed logo artworks with you until you complain. They will ignore your emails/communications for days at a time, and there is no way to escalate within their organisation. Their advertised phone number PERMANENTLY ENGAGED (alarm bells?), and you will not get a reply from their general email inbox. I have not visited their Sydney office yet, but I highly doubt you will find anyone there! This business is a SCAM and needs to be shut down. They offer terrible service and my logo order took over SIX WEEKS to finalise. I only received a resolution from them AFTER I told them their services were no longer required and I wanted a refund!! What's worse, the final design was something I put to them using Microsoft Paint - do not expect any artistic or graphical flair here. Never have I given a 1-star review before, as I understand the reputation damage it can cause to a business. I did not make this decision lightly, and provided Logo Enclave with ample opportunity to email or call me to discuss my concerns... no response received. Roll the dice here if you wish, but Logo Enclave are a waste of time and money. A logo should not take so much time and effort. Waiting 6 weeks for this mob has delayed the start of my business, website design, and the ordering of my business cards which costs me much more than the cost of the logo!! I will be reporting to NSW Fair Trading to prevent others from incurring similar losses.

I would highly recommend Logo Enclave for all the design services they provide. They created a professional business logo, copyright protections and website for my business and I'm very happy with turnaround time. My representative, James, is very responsive and has been very patient with all my feedback and changes. Thank you James!!

Stay away from this company. I had bad experience with them. They are SCAM!!! THEY STEAL YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION. They give you the quote in AUD but charge you in USD. They are not located in Sydney, they are located in America. Phone number in Sydney is fake. I received messages from my bank that Logoenclave tried to take money from my account.
