- Last week I contacted LNI Digital, along with several other local northern Virginia tech firms, for assistance with some nettlesome and highly technical details for the setup of a complex Drupal ecommerce site. Within a few hours, the owner, Seong Bae, contacted me personally to set up a consultation to go over details. Prior to our meeting, which was scheduled a couple of days later. I was able to figure out the problem myself, but Mr. Bae was the ONLY person who took the time to respond to my email inquiry. In my experience -- and as this particular instance made clear -- that sort of responsiveness is quite rare among tech firms and speaks volumes about character, professionalism and competence. I have some large projects down the pike and I will be contacting Mr. Bae in the near future.
- We've hired Seong's firm to upgrade our legacy web application system to a modern application that is more secure, robust, and accessible. After more than an year of development and testing, we've launched the new system last month and it is a huge success.
