Your team trains the first hire once, we write everything down so it does not live in one person's head, and every hire after that gets up to speed faster. The people are English-fluent, they genuinely learn your business, and they work as an extension of your team rather than a faceless call center.

What you really get is a partnership. A dedicated senior project manager stays close to every engagement, billing is monthly, and there is no lock-in, because we would rather earn the relationship each month than trap you in a contract.
