- Horrible Communication I called to get an idea on finishing some tasks for a website I needed finished reasonably soon and was told I would be contacted in 1-2 days. Six days later and I have heard nothing, plus I called multiple times and left multiple voicemails-emails. Don't waste your time. Communication is the key to a service relationship and it appears that they do not value their potential clients.
- If you're a big company they may spend time on your project, but if you're small STAY AWAY. A 2-3 month project dragged on for 8 months with basic features not being implemented. Our company was more or less "ghosted" as they took weeks to respond to basic emails. Every time they added in a feature something else on THEIR stock template broke. Instead of fixing these problems that we pointed out we were dropped as a client and told to find someone else to fix them. More or less a "thats not our problem". Long story short: Promised a list of features, took nearly three times as long to complete, lots of problems still left at the end which we now have to find someone else to fix.
