- We’ve been working with Josh for the last couple of years and our main focus has always been to generate new leads through Facebook. It sounds easy but when I see the complexity of Facebook advertising this is not something we could achieve inhouse. Josh has made the process very easy and grasped our business quickly through regular meetings which our sales team are involved with too. Having this team approach has sped things up and with good communication we have manged to get better quality leads through constantly tweaking our adverts and audience. Josh is constantly finding new approaches and ways to get better quality, cheaper leads and linking to our CRM data has been a great way to achieve this. Our campaigns are now updated using real data direct from our CRM amongst a lot of other things I won’t even attempt to pretend I could explain. - I have recently had the pleasure of working with Josh and Level Up Marketing. Josh was recommended to me by a friend who had, had dealings with Level Up Marketing and spoke so highly of their business. We had come to a bit of crossroads with our marketing and whilst we were having some joy, the volume of leads and quality just weren’t worth the spend. In a matter of a month, we saw a reduction in our cost per lead of around 80% and all while improving the lead quality, something I didn’t think would be possible. Level Up Marketing also built a CRM dedicated to the leads they generate that gets automatically populated with data each time a new lead is generated. They also linked their leads to our existing CRM. All information is presented to us weekly, which is broken down and shows where our money is being spent and how the return on investment is looking. With these reports, Josh analyses all our data and will advise us on changes to our campaigns he thinks we need to make. As a business owner, my time can become precious as I look to grow, Josh understands this so has dealt with my sales team directly, acting on feedback from my team and ultimately, helping me lighten my workload.
