A ferramenta é boa, tem uma boa entregabilidade e é relativamente barata. Mas tem um bug de blacklist que poderia ter uma resolução mais fácil (lead que uma vez se descadastrou poder voltar à plataforma). Apenas quando eu avaliei a empresa aqui no google é que entraram em contato comigo via facebook para resolverem meu problema. - Excelente serviço. Poderia apenas melhorar os construtores de páginas.
- Suporte não existe, cobranças sendo efetuadas mesmo após o cancelamento, resumindo ja coloca no custo um advogado para processar depois!
- A plataforma é boa, é promissora. Mas é bem específica. Os primeiros dias de uso você deve se dedicar a aprender a mexer na ferramenta. Mas o que me incomodou MUITO é o suporte deles. Precisei 2x de suporte, coisa simples, e entrei em contato pelo chat que eles disponibilizam dentro da plataforma. As duas vezes eu eu precisei, demorou mais de 1h para eu receber uma resposta.
- Fechamos com eles esse mês, estou tentando contato faz tempo e ninguém reponde! Descaso.
