Leaders ADAPT helps owner CEOs and senior executives lead through growth, pressure and change. The firm was founded in Cypress, California by Andreas Pettersson, who spent ten years as a technology CEO, including a period as Canon's youngest CEO after his AI software company was acquired. He is the author of Power Without Permission, hosts the Adapt or Die podcast and sits on the Forbes Coaches Council.
