- These guys are absolutely awesome! I had been doing research for a couple of months when I stumbled across a few of their YouTube videos discussing networking and specifically UniFi networking equipment. I had been looking to upgrade my home network and based on my research, I was convinced that I wanted a UniFi based system. I sent LTS an email explaining what I was hoping to accomplish. I also explained that I wanted some professional input on what I was planning (I am not an expert). I asked LTS to give me an estimate based on what I wanted to do; I received the estimate within a day or so. There was no upselling or anything of the like; the estimate was very straightforward (one page). I was satisfied with the estimate (I had done research on pricing in advance). I signed the estimate and hired LTS to buy, pre-program, and ship the equipment to me (I am in Austin and they are in Detroit). The cabling was done by a local contractor (Fox TelPro – another great business). LTS kept me in the loop as the equipment was ordered, programed, and shipped. When the equipment arrived, all I had to do was plug it in. The system has been up and running for 30 days now with no issues; my old network was plagued with consistent equipment problems (equipment supplied by my fiber provider). I cannot recommend LTS and UniFi enough.

He is knowledgeable about his stuff and I'm grateful for all his help. I don't know how he has time to do all the work he talks about and do all these videos to be honest. I feel like I could trust him with supporting my business if I needed it. He knows his trade and Lawrence Systems has knowledgeable and friendly helpers.
