Launch My Agency - LMA Verified Company

I joined the Launch My Agency (LMA) program after it was marketed as a “done-for-you digital marketing agency build.” The program was sold as a system where their team would assist in building and launching a functioning agency, with structured guidance and support throughout the process. I paid $8,000 to join the program based on these representations and the stated performance guarantee that if participants followed the process and did not generate $8,000 per month within 180 days, they would be eligible for a refund. After joining, the actual service delivered did not match what was marketed. Much of the program consisted of pre-recorded training modules, and the level of hands-on assistance that was advertised as “done-for-you” support was very limited. I completed the modules and followed the instructions provided. Despite this, there was very little direct guidance or structured support in actually launching the agency or acquiring clients. Communication from the team was minimal and inconsistent. At one point the strategy shifted and participants were advised to change niches, which effectively restarted the process rather than continuing the original roadmap that had been sold during enrollment. After several months, the results promised in the program were not achieved. When I attempted to request a refund based on the guarantee terms, the process became difficult and the company attempted to challenge or avoid honoring the guarantee. I am sharing this experience so that other potential clients can make an informed decision and fully understand what the program actually delivers compared to how it is marketed.

Ive been working with launch my agency for some time and recently graduated their process, spoke to Elijah first and then spoke to the cofounder Mo, Absolutely Gem of a person btw. I came into the marketing world with ZERO experience, again ZERO. I signed up on the call because I saw how convicted and passionate Mo was. Fast forward to January of this year ive done 409k in contracted revenue for my business that was a startup a year ago lol. Insane huh. If it wasn't for LMA and the team I would be nowhere. Im looking at rejoining them because I miss the community feel and just the overall guidance and support of the team.
