Krazimo is a boutique AI engineering firm built by engineers who spent years running production systems inside Google Workspace — software trusted by billions of people every day. We started Krazimo because we kept seeing the same gap: plenty of teams can wire up an impressive AI demo, but very few can turn that demo into something that survives real users, messy data, and a production on-call rotation.

That is the problem we solve. We design, build, and ship custom AI that holds up in production: AI agents and multi-agent systems, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) over private company knowledge, intelligent process automation, machine-learning deployment and MLOps, and full custom AI software such as internal CRMs and operations tools.

What sets us apart is restraint and rigor. We deliberately cap active engagements and keep the team small, so the senior engineers who scope your project are the same people who write the code — there is no sales-to-offshore handoff. Before we write a line of code, we define the success metric with you, because "add AI" is not a goal, and a demo that moves no real number is not a win.

A recent example: we built an AI-driven CRM for a cosmetic-dermatology practice that consolidated their workflow into a single dashboard with a quoting engine and inventory management. It lifted new leads by 15 to 20 percent, raised lead conversion by around 15 percent, and cut manual labor time by roughly 30 percent.
