Kocoro is a boutique consultancy where digital strategy and applied AI meet. The studio grew out of kingseo.es, an SEO practice built on a simple conviction: growth should be engineered, not improvised. Fifteen years later that conviction still runs the place — we just apply it to more layers of the business.

Clients come to us for three reasons. The first is digital growth: we design the system behind the visibility — SEO, GEO (making sure AI assistants like ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini mention you when your buyers ask), digital PR, outreach and thought leadership working as one engine rather than isolated tactics. The second is web design and development: fast, durable sites built with Webflow (we are official partners) or fully custom stacks, treated as business tools rather than brochures. The third is AI consultancy: we audit, prototype, measure return and only then scale. Most enterprise AI pilots die at the integration stage; our method exists precisely to avoid that graveyard.

What makes us unusual is that we practice what we advise. Since January 2026 Kocoro operates as a hybrid team where senior consultants set direction and governed AI agents execute at scale, around the clock. When we tell a client what AI can and cannot do inside a real company, it comes from our own operations, not from a slide.

We work from the Canary Islands for clients across Europe and beyond, in English and Spanish, with particular depth in financial services and M&A advisory firms. Small on purpose. We deliver less, but better.
