- We migrated from Mailchimp to Klaviyo. Got all marketing ready, payed 375 usd for 15.000 subscribers and when all is ready from marketing, stock etc we launched the campaign. Just to get our account flagged and closed. And the campaign did not get shipped! And no online chat or anything to help! DO NOT USE Klaviyo for professional use! Maybe ok for hobby users, but not for professional ecommerce.
- Klaviyo's focus on small businesses with their live trainings is stellar!
- We have been on Klaviyo for 2 years now and the costs are just way too high, paying over $25k a year. When we tried to see if there were more pricing options we were told no and good luck with Mailer Lite (which is 50% less). To utilize all the tools in Klaviyo you need a full time person on it, but we are not seeing the sales to even cover that employee. Not sure why they do not offer different pricing options.
- Worst email product ever. Unethical, terrible service. We were using this for one of our clients and they shut down our email for no reason and never turned it on again. we tried to cancel for months and they kept charging us. We use other products now and have never had an issue. Most modern companies let you cancel from your account. not these guys. it is a multi step process and they never stop charging you. They should not be allowed in the shopify app store
- Horrible customer support (consistent ques of over 20 people in online chat, 2 day email response time and no phone number - I pay around $1000 per month). Extremely over-priced. Their engagement strategy is poor at best and offensive at worst - today I received an email about the "Low ROI" of my business, which they think they can fix with an abandoned cart email.
