EXO Score Summary

Kiwi Web Design is Above Average and worth considering, but buyers should check the limited delivery evidence and confirm fit before committing. The profile lists 5 services and 12 focus areas, suggesting breadth; the available detail does not name them, so buyers cannot tell which delivery layers or technologies the team covers. Recognition as a TechBehemoths Award winner in 2021, 2022, and 2025 is a strong signal. The profile also has 5 reviews at 5.0 stars, a positive but still modest sample, and only 1 portfolio project to inspect. Its 2-9 person team and stated focus on businesses below $200K and those at $500k-$1M point to smaller-client fit, not enterprise scale. The profile was claimed and domain-verified in 2025. Request relevant case studies, references, and confirmation of project capacity before shortlisting.

Reviews Summary

The profile has 5 reviews with a 5.0-star average. That is a favorable but emerging signal: the perfect rating is positive, while five reviews remain too few to establish a broad or sustained pattern. Buyers should treat the feedback as useful early corroboration, not as a substitute for delivery evidence. With only 1 portfolio project visible, request references for work similar to yours and ask how the proposed team will manage delivery.

Awards Summary

Kiwi Web Design has won a TechBehemoths Award in the 2021, 2022, and 2025 editions. Recognition across three editions is a strong platform signal, though the gap between 2022 and 2025 means the wins were not consecutive. This track record adds meaningful context to a profile with limited visible project work. Buyers can credit the repeated recognition, while still asking for relevant case studies to assess delivery directly.

Claimed Summary

The profile is claimed and verified through a business email matching the company’s website domain. That gives buyers a strong accountability signal: the company stands behind the information published here, rather than leaving an unmaintained listing as the only source. The claim was made in 2025. Verification confirms profile ownership, not the accuracy of every project or service claim, so buyers should still confirm scope, availability, and references during the inquiry.

Description Summary

The profile’s short self-description gives buyers little basis for judging what Kiwi Web Design does best or how it approaches projects. That leaves the listed services and focus areas to carry much of the explanation, but those signals do not show the company’s priorities or delivery method. The description is an orientation gap, not evidence of weak delivery. Before shortlisting, ask which types of work the team specializes in and how it handles a project from scope through launch.

Portfolio Summary

The profile shows just 1 project, so buyers can see almost none of Kiwi Web Design’s delivered work or judge whether its experience matches a specific brief. A single case cannot establish range across the listed services or show repeatable results. This is a clear evidence gap, not a verdict on delivery quality. Request relevant case studies with the project scope, the company’s role, and outcomes before shortlisting; if those examples are not available, compare against providers with more visible work.

Other Summary

The strongest supporting signals are the breadth of the listed focus areas and services, alongside TechBehemoths recognition across the 2021, 2022, and 2025 editions. The decisive fit constraints are the 2-9 person team and a stated focus on smaller businesses; the profile also shows only 1 portfolio project. Contribution is the one missing supporting signal, with no articles published. At 7 of 8 supporting components filled, the profile is broad but uneven: it identifies positioning better than it proves delivery.

Reviews

Reviews summary

Kiwi Web Design's 4.2 average across 5 reviews is positive overall, but this emerging sample includes four 5-star reviews and one 1-star review. All listed feedback dates to 2020, within a narrow September-December window, so it is dated; it also predates the profile's stated 2025 founding. The source split between TechBehemoths and imported reviews is not provided, so the two cannot be weighed separately.

Most reviewers describe a helpful, reachable team, including support after launch; about half report SEO gains or return on investment. The feedback covers website and SEO work, which matches the agency's listed services, but gives no project budgets or client industries.

The isolated 1-star review cites unclear plans, heavy charges and no results. Because all feedback predates the stated founding and says little about current delivery, ask for a recent reference on a comparable website or SEO project before signing.

Rescue us when things go wrong or can't work it out for ourselves. They're a great bunch/team, they're generous with their time and patience, help grow SEO Auckland, they are informative and supportive, they seek our input/feedback. All in all, KWD do a great job, no question is a silly question and they're so willing to help no matter what the issue.

Pathetic service. Ambiguous and tricky plans. Had awful experience with them where I was heavily charged and didn't get any results. Highly un recommended. Be careful all the reviews here are from their own friends and family .
