Very disappointed with KD web. We joined for SEO and PPC campaigns. We discussed exactly what was needed to help our business become more successful in this area and all was looking very positive. They quoted £2k, £4K or £6k per month cost which would yield up to 27,000 new business customers over a 3 year period at the top end. We were so impressed we delved into the numbers just to ensure they were correct and we could push the button and get this going ASAP. This is where it all went wrong. The quotations we were provided with, following full investigation, were proved to be completely inaccurate. We were then lied to by numerous people in their business over an 8 month period until the facts were undeniable. After 2 or 3 requires, KD are now telling us that we can now expect a return of 70 customers a month for a shocking £75,000 monthly investment. Yep, nearly £1m annual investment for a small handful of accounts and certainly not the 27,000 over 36 months we were quoted for £6k rather than the now £75k monthly cost. I preferred it when they were making up the quotes and lying. The cost per acquisition has now risen from around £10 per customer (complete lies) all the way up to £1000 per customer. Not bad if you are in a high ticket sector, our average margin per broadband account is circa £25 per month. I genuinely advise anyone wishing to do business with KD Web, don’t listen to their lies, they prey on people who do not know any better and kd only look for accounts who don’t ask why and swallow the lies they are given. Disgusting business with a terrible team who only want accounts to bleed dry rather than actually helping businesses improve their online footprint or client base. We also asked kd to build us our new website, we spent a few grand and the concepts they gave us, would have left us in seriously hot water with competitors as they simply copy and pasted one of the most well known sites in the industry and tried to pass it off and get us to sign of the concepts. After much back and forth conversations, we pulled this project simply due to the fact if we had continued with their designs, we would have ended up in court being sued for copyright infringement or something worse. Disappointed is not the word. Seriously though, companies like this are so so dangerous to real businesses. They see you as a cash cow and just something they can pull revenue from over as long a period as they can. It’s so dangerous for any business Working with them as they are the ‘experts’. Luckily we have an understanding and didn’t just sign off the budgets from the start. If we hadn’t been so diligent, KD Web could quite possibly have sent us under as a business. Please avoid these guys if you want to safeguard your business and livelihood. I have seen great reviews of kd but I can only imagine they are erroneous reviews as we have now been working with them for 2 years, doesn’t thousands and had zero return. This business fell apart when Don left by the looks of things.

My marketing director gave me the task of finding an established agency to develop a our new website. He was insistent that we needed the website built to a very high standard. After a Google search I came across KD Web popped up first in Google on a number of searches. Their website showed a plethora of happy clients and a great portfolio. I arranged a meeting with them in their studio which impressed my director and I. They listened to our requests and gave plenty of advice about the website. After the meeting we felt extremely confident to give them our business. No regrets at all, they were perfect from the start and understood what we needed. The best aspect of all was that they trained the team to use the self updating system they has built. We were extremely impressed so I am happy to recommend them with the 5 stars which are due to them. I would thoroughly recommend their style of work which was a balance of professionalism but also modern creativeness.
