KamelBPO builds dedicated offshore teams for businesses that need dependable people and practical support for day-to-day operations. Canadian-owned and based in Clark, Philippines, the company was founded in 2017 and works with clients ranging from smaller businesses to larger operations.

Our teams support travel sales and customer service, online education, back-office administration, data entry, technical support, finance and accounting, and engineering-related work. Specialist roles have included bilingual technical support, drafting and architecture, accounting, and healthcare coordination. Each engagement starts with the roles, skills, working hours and reporting structure the client needs.

Clients help select their team members and direct their work. KamelBPO manages the local recruitment and employment support around those teams, including HR, payroll, IT and facilities. This gives clients a practical way to establish a full-time team in the Philippines while keeping direct involvement in its priorities and output.

Our operational experience includes an enterprise travel team with 121 rostered positions across sales, customer service, ticketing, management, training and quality. Our online-education work includes a contracted scope of 50 teaching positions, with deployment underway.
