- I am writing about Leah, my Client Services contact. She is clearly client focused and is a strong advocate for the company's clients. Any time I've had a concern or issue, she immediately investigated the source of the problem and has kept me in the loop. While I am sure she is the Client Services contact for many other firms, she has a way of making you feel like you are the only client. The company services firms of all sizes so it's nice to see that a small law firm like my own can still get the service that many bigger firms may be accustomed to. She is always professional and I always feel positive after speaking with her. Juris Digital is truly lucky to have her on the team!
- I have been working with Leah at Blackfin, a subsidiary of Juris Digital, for over a year and I have absolutely no complaints. She is thorough, articulate, and has always provided us with great service. I can't recommend her enough.
- As a digital marketing professional, i've had the opportunity to work on a multitude of website projects with many different teams. I recently partnered with the Juris Digital team on a rather complex website project for a large law firm. I literally cannot say enough good things about Matt and his awesome TEAM of professionals!! From the initial design, to client communication, to importing of the content (and there was a ton of content) and everything in between, it was absolutely seamless - they are not only extremely talented and completely transparent but they have significant website and digital marketing experience which was shown every step of the way. - I hired Juris Digital to handle a marketing campaign of mine in the early spring of 2020, and the timing was unfortunate given the Pandemic of 2020. But when we resumed the campaign in the fall of 2020, I felt their level of work and interest in the project had dropped off a cliff. As you can see from the large number of positive reviews, my experience appears to have been unique, and perhaps just a result of the pandemic, but I was very unhappy with the effort put into my campaign.
