- Really didn't work for us. Having switched to another adviser I have a far better idea of what they were doing wrong strategically. Their formula no doubt works for some, but not at all for us. Had we come to our senses sooner we would have saved a lot of time and money. They are nice enough people, but it just didn't work. --- Having read the response from the owner, which I have to say has increased my disappointment... part of the package was to provide 'expert' marketing strategy and advice with regular quarterly reviews. I recognised that several elements of our original messaging was lacking and unclear, but that was why they were engaged in the first place. If the issues they now raise in response to this review were not rectified to their satisfaction it was their responsibility as our marketing provider to ensure they were addressed. Indeed correcting such things was central to their original sales pitch. As it was they just said that it would take time to build traction from the site. These deficiencies, which they now raise, were not known to us as still being detrimental to the effectiveness of the site or subsequent campaigns. As it is the residual value post-engagement after over 2 years of fees (a significant five digit sum) for their expert advice and service, in terms of meaningful contacts and traffic, is approximately zero. We have now started again with a new supplier and are very happy with the progress made so far.
- We are using JDR for our marketing requirements. FB, LNKDN, and Google advertising, SEO and more. They are very professional and very switched on. They are also very malleable when it comes to changing aspects of their services even at the drop of a hat. We consider them an extension of our company as if they were an in house department. Highly recommend.
- Team were very nice, but i was lead to believe the marketing strategies outlined were affordable, in reality they would not even come near me with my budget, and after over an hour of phone conversations i did not once get a ball park figure. Be careful as companies like this do indeed have your trousers down. Update - After a nice conversation, with Will, The issue was somewhat resolved, but again, i reiterate, no mention of price or costing.
- JDR have been managing my digital marketing for a few years now and I have always found them to be efficient, effective and highly professional. Their design and implementation of our new website was great and resulted in a large amount of positive feedback from old and new customers. I would highly recommend their services.
