- We have been using J&E media now for over a year. In the beginning we definitely had a lot of hurtles with new equipment and software to get used too. We had some frustrations early on, but that is expected when you are changing around everything. Thankfully if we had any questions at all we were able to call anyone and get help. Overall the transition has been great for us. Online ordering has been awesome. You can track everything in the back office and see exactly how you business is doing. Like anything else you need to give it a chance. There is a lot of learning and changes switching over POS systems. As long as you communicate with J&E Media they will make your switch over process much easier and better.
