- Pathetic experience. Though it is good for quick money, but I would not recommend anyone to work here as there is no growth. And the management keeps interfering in your professional and personal life. No Work-Life balance at all. Cab facility is pathetic. They expect you to plan for emergency leaves atleast 2 months prior.
- This review specially for Backoffice (Compex Fax ). They treated as you are slave or worker not employee.Shift timing is 8 am - 5 pm but most of time you have to work till 6 pm or above and no over time charges. Mostly Saturday is working and no incentive . Company not follow ethics and professionalism you have to work on voting day also. Team leaders get promotion on this kind of exploitation of workers. Target have no sense you have complete 80 faxes per day. Attitude towards workers ( employees ) is only work and work with no leaves ,no incentive) So my humble request to those are join this company as backoffice executive don't waste your time here try some better companies.So moral is that company not deserve even one star also.
