Intrepide helps established companies put AI to work on the jobs that actually eat their week. We are an AI product studio based in Atlanta, and we design, build and support three kinds of systems.

A Company OS connects the tools a business already runs on (email, chat, CRM, files and accounting) to one knowledge base. People get answers with the source attached, access follows the org chart, and agents take on the repetitive work while a person approves anything that matters.

AI agents for specific roles handle support triage, sales development research, bookkeeping tasks, recruiting screens and contract review. They work inside the inbox, CRM and help desk the team already uses, ask before acting on anything important, and log every step with its cost.

Local AI runs open models on hardware you own, from a single desk-side machine to a GPU server, for documents and data that cannot leave the building.

Our work so far includes an operating platform for real-estate brokerages with an AI assistant that cites its sources, an AI recruiting platform that scores candidates against a scorecard and quotes its evidence, AI deal management for private lenders, and an AI tool that redlines leases in Word tracked changes. We also run our own products, including an AI help desk, a documentation platform and a website platform that improves itself with A/B tests.

Every build comes with a project manager, senior engineers and QA, and a client success manager stays in touch after launch. Engagements start with a free strategy call and a written plan, then working software within weeks and a demo every week. Clients own what we build, and their data never trains anyone else's model.
