- Discriminatory pay and doesn’t recognize loyal or hard working employees
- Unfair pay for females
- No stability. No hazard pay. Any promotion there is a joke because it will come with a 20 cent raise and the next week you could be relegated to your former position or even a crappier one. Business they run there is practically borderline legal. They pay females less then men here which is discriminative. If they see that you are of color or foreign, they will pay you less than someone else who is doing the same job as you. Pros Free tap water Cons work atmosphere, pay, unfair workload for employees.
