I have used IES for 24/7 computer tech support, computer purchasing including set up, web design/hosting, POS systems, security systems and Wifi solutions. The list of their services is endless and their quality, quick response times and professionalism is AWESOME. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
- Want to thank Tom and his staff for doing such a great job with our online shop and our revised website. The New England Coastal Wildlife Alliance (NECWA) is a nonprofit located in southeastern MA. As a grassroots organization, we didn't have the computer expertise needed to revise and add to our websites. IES, Inc. did a fabulous job of providing that expertise on a timely basis. They were always there to assist with our questions and they made needed revisions almost immediately. Their service was always professional, friendly, timely, and extremely positive. - IES, Inc. was absolutely spectacular when it came time to getting my personal laptop screen repaired. I chatted with an online representative about price, and when I told him that I had found a replacement screen for nearly 100 dollars cheaper than what they quoted me with, he immediately let me know that if I ordered the screen myself, they would charge me one flat rate. As a college student in a pinch, I was extremely grateful that their services were not only affordable but also quick. My computer was fixed within an hour and a half of me dropping it off, and it looked better than brand new. IES, Inc.'s customer service is incredible, and I would recommend them to anyone.
