To this mistrust, Gilles promise a lot of things such as heart strikes, super deadlines and globally a collaboration under the trust. Gilles is intermediate and ca planning is catastrophic between my project and these independent partners who themselves have many other customers. He also established the division into stages of the whole project, the design would not be worked during the search for naming or logo. Six months after the start of our collaboration in December 2018 we arrived and remained stuck in the design phase lacking all the structure, logic of navigation, ux, research and all other work concerning the creation of a mobile application. I leave him one last chance at the end of June 2019 to make every effort to be able to have the result mid-July 2019 and to launch at any cost the development of creations that will be worked and adapted in parallel or as an update. This is the minimum after more than 26 weeks of collaboration while 13 were agreed for the launch of the application. He does not accept and proposes at the end of June to make every effort to have an online launch at the end of October, so he adds 17 weeks over more than 26 weeks whereas 13 weeks in full were agreed ... As the contract the indicates, in case of excessive delay (more than 50 days) the customer can recover these installments and will be compensated for the delay established. So I told him it's time to pay me back, my project was pretty endangered. Gilles refuses to reimburse me even just the difference between my down payment on the totality and the results achieved. Gilles announces that the contract has no value because of a delay of a few days on one of my feedback wireframes. (nothing like this is in the contract) He sent me a bill for a second installment well before the results are in line with our agreements schedule and mail contracts. He also to keep me informed add 1000 € to the amount excluding VAT of this second installment. While I explain to him that he is claiming his down payment at a premature time he is obviously putting the progress on hold. He finally accepts and continues the work in reduced quality. It no longer makes the necessary resources available and makes me "collages" as an app design presentation. I am willing to share with anyone who wants the "collages" in question. Gilles says he should not do any research because the items found will be his own. In summary, Gilles is a talker but lacks management and respect for these commitments.
