- Really had a terrible experience with passion, our company had grown its social results consistently for 8 years, we decided to increase investment and go with what we thought was a top agency only to have a thoroughly mismanaged and hodgepodge experience. This is now our tenth year and we are flying on social again. The only bad year was the year we used passion. No efforts to compensate for the clear issues and costs we experienced and we didn’t even receive all the services we paid for.
- Few months ago, I recently purchased some software via intelicle and felt it was not for me. Despite numerous emails I have not received my refund. Can't make up my mind whether he has forgotten or simply not bothered. Would I recommend as supplier of business services?. I will reserve my judgement as I am sure he has just forgotten about me. Keep you posted. I think he did not really bother as I sent numerous requests. Just to update I had to go through PayPal disputes procedure as I had no response from Intelicle regarding my request for a refund. Paypal refunded my money after 10 days.
