INITE automates operations for B2B companies of roughly 10 to 200 people. The work is narrow on purpose: one to three processes taken from manual to running in production, usually in two to four weeks, and then handed over to the client's own team. Lead response, order processing, document workflow, customer support — the places where operational hours quietly disappear.

Every engagement opens with a fifteen-minute readiness check. It is free and needs no access to any system, and it answers exactly one question: is this process worth investigating at all. Four things disqualify one. The slow step belongs to somebody outside the company. The process is mid-rewrite. The people running it will not delegate the decision. Or the volume is too low to ever repay the build.

A process that survives that goes to a five-day quantified audit. It produces a swimlane map of the workflow at handoff resolution, with throughput, error rate and cycle time stamped on every handoff; a cost-of-chaos figure in dollars per week that the client's own controller signs off on; and a signed ROI estimate calculated at deliberately conservative assumptions. That audit is paid, and the fee is refunded in full if the arithmetic says do not build. Roughly one engagement in three ends exactly there, which is the entire point of having the filter.

The published entry price for implementation is $5,000. We publish it because almost nobody in this market does, and a buyer who cannot compare on price ends up comparing on adjectives.

Where we are the wrong call, stated plainly: board-level strategy for an organisation-wide AI programme is something large consultancies do better; a product that does not exist yet needs an engineering partner rather than us; and a single isolated script with no revenue depending on it will be cheaper with a freelancer.
