Front- & Backend IT Staff Augmentation for IT Company
We were looking for two frontend developers and two backend developers. We put together a profile, and IN Team searched in the market and within their internal team. Our team defined the requirements needed for the frontend development with IN Team. We sat down together before the project started. Their team was involved in choosing the right technology and then matching the right people to those requirements. In the end, they chose Angular for the frontend technology. IN Team already had people who were skilled in Angular. Their team handled the vetting and interview process. We had a small interview with each of the candidates to see if they’d fit in with the team socially. They were working remotely last year, but now they’re working here in our office. We used an agile process for development and successfully achieved what we planned to do. One thing that was exceptional from the beginning was that the CEO himself was a frontend developer. He’s got a lot of technical skill as well. He was involved in our weekly meetings. It wasn’t only our team that was keeping track of the progress, Kamil was as well. He took care of seeing that his team members were doing what they should and operating at the level needed. We took an informal and simple approach.
