- I've used Impact for signage for my business a number of times and the service has always been great. There was a printing error on my most recent sign which was quickly rectified with a re-print within a few hours of when I reported the error (I didn't see it upon pick-up) and they took back the old one and fixed it so I would have a spare. Mistakes happen in any business, it's how they're handled that makes great service.
- Terrible customer service. Do not bring your vehicle here. I booked an appointment to have my car trim and hood wrapped they had my car all day when I returned the hood wasn't done as they did not have the materials, like why book an appointment when you don't have the mats?, and the trim was done so poorly - cannot keep a straight line, and they didn't even do all the trim as requested. The owner was very disrespectful to me afterwards. I am only giving 1 star because there is no 0 star option. I repeat DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!
