immido is a Ukrainian outsourcing company with two things we do well: round-the-clock technical support, and hiring for the roles that keep a growing product running.

Who we work with. Funded product companies of roughly 10 to 100 people in Europe and North America that have outgrown support by the founders but are not ready to staff their own night shift. iGaming operators and providers are a home market for us, and our longest running engagement is round-the-clock first-line support for an iGaming provider.

Technical support. A pod of agents with a team lead who runs the daily shift, covering phone, email and chat. We work inside your tools, follow your escalation rules, and stay with the same product long enough to know it deeply. Engagements run as a monthly retainer sized to the queue. On that longest running account the first-line team handles more than 3,300 requests a month, answers first within 15 minutes and resolves simple requests within one hour. Most of the specialists there have stayed on the account for years, which is where the product depth comes from.

Recruiting. We close support, operations and adjacent roles. One model: a fixed fee paid when the person starts, with no percentage of salary and no retainer for the search itself.

Business to business data and lead generation. We collect, clean and refresh contact lists for your target audience.

Automation. We remove manual routine from support and back office processes.

How we start. One task and an agreed scope, with regular quality reporting so the work is not a black box.
