It has been a pleasure working with Immersive Media as they have created and designed our new website. They were particularly helpful and effective with their methodology in the early stages of website design and provided structures which allowed us to provide written content in the most efficient way. We have had frequent questions about site administration but Ben has been tireless and helpful throughout.

Over the last couple of years, I have used Immersive Media to design and host a few of our websites. I have always found them to be professional, helpful and supportive. I would certainly recommend Immersive Media.

After speaking to Dom during my first contact with several companies, it didn't take long to realise this was the company I wanted to use to build my new website. He was very knowledable, understanding and friendly and took the time to write real replies, rather than basic copy-paste jobs like some of the others. Their (Dom and Ben) work is professional and of a very high standard, and they strive to meet your every need for a very reasonable price compared to some of their competition. Designing a brand new e-commerce site is a much bigger task than I had anticipated, but Dom and Ben helped me overcome the mammoth task by splitting the various jobs up and helped me understand exactly what was expected of me at each stage. The only reason I've not given 5 stars is due to the various ways in which they wanted me to work and occasional delayed response time to questions later on. At first it was all e-mail, which was easy to reply to in-line, but not perfect as you get more in-depth with the project. But we also used Word with a comment function, and also an online version of Word with live edits. Then there was Asana. I REALLY didn't like that app. It's confusing to use, and hard to see where I'm supposed to be looking for new comments/jobs. I'm just picking at straws here as Asana isn't their own work, but it had to be mentioned as it soured the experience for me. These aren't big issues by any means, but it would have been simpler and more enjoyable to have one method from start to finish. Especially if a future client isn't tech savvy. Would I recommend/use them again? Without a doubt! (I'd just request a different method of job delegation) Thanks guys!

Immersive Media have been an amazing marketing tool for our business, not only have they created a beautiful website, taking care of our blog writing and social - to top it all off our sales have increased over 112% in such a short period even sooner than we were told to expect!
