- Was most impressed with the Chat function when I made contact and asked for a meeting. The first time I got a follow up call immediately and was told I would be emailed and a meeting set up. Nothing happened! Second time I initiated contact the online agent said you guys would get back, again silence! Quite disappointing but good in a way - I now know whom not to engage for this project!
