- Imagine IT has been a partner with our company for a several years. We have two main people we work with and they are the best. At the help desk they quickly escalate the issue if they are not able to figure it out. They are knowledgeable and very friendly. I enjoy them teaching me how to do things not just fix them. This helps me trouble shoot. I know our company is thankful for this partnership. I also like that Imagine IT asks us to give feedback on every ticket. It can be a lot to fill them out but I know they care and strive to be better. They are very good at listening to us and work to get a solution even if it takes time. Thank you for everything you do!
