Utter shambles. Do not use this company for development - take your business elsewhere. They put together a timeline when we started, stating the project would be completed in 3 months. Over 2 years, the project is still not complete. They take ages to respond, they miss clear requirements and overall, its operated incredibly poorly. They do not test anything. Everything is built extremely poor quality. They introduced several bugs over the course of the project which cost us thousands of euros and they took no accountability or responsibility for it. They also do not gather requirements effectively and then try and charge you down the line for things they miss. I reached a point where I wanted to take the project to another company, but they refused to hand it over unless I paid a significant fee, despite it being my project. Now Im stuck with no project and a loss of money and will be seeking legal action. The original project scope was a B2B platform, not a B2C platform but you built it incorrectly to our scope, so we had no choice but to split it into 2 projects as to not waste the work you had done. In terms of testing, you had full access to the live development kit. The only thing you didn't have access to was a dashboard, which you did not need and contained highly sensitive information. I also have no problem with bugs - these are a normal part of software development. However, the amount of bugs was more than I have ever seen on any project ever - and this is what I do for a living. Not only that, the bugs were always significant and caused huge financial impact to us - they did not seem to understand this. You also didn't make the platform live earlier as a gesture, you delivered 2.5 years LATE. That is unforgiveable. How can a project be that delayed and I am expected to pay in full and also pay for mistakes you made.

Whatever I say it will be less for this company. Yes, it is fact when you work there will always be an arguments with team-mates, different of opinions will always be there among the colleagues, with management even., but this is just a secondary thing which can be over looked as this is a part of job. But ultimately when you have TOTAL JOB SECURITY. No salary cut, no firing, what else you need. Now a days, job Safety is the most important thing for common man. This is the place where everyone is working for common goal. "A place for everything and everything is it's place"
