Please read before you hire this company for web development services. We had an agreement to complete a website and update my app in 4-6 weeks. The project manager agreed to re-build my website from scratch. 18 weeks later, the project was still not completed to agreed upon specifications. The developers could not follow directions. I would give clear designs and instructions, and they returned incorrect work most of the time. When I would correct them, they would get upset and say that I was giving them changes that were out of scope for the project. What is most alarming is the dishonesty by this company. During negotiations, the developer and I agreed that we would not use my previous website’s code, and that he would start from scratch. When we terminated the contract due to their delays, we realized that they simply expanded on our code as opposed to starting from scratch like we agreed. That is considered plagiarism. Pay attention to other reviews. There are three reviews on this page that were made by employees/interns, which is a direct violation of Google’s policies – it is a conflict of interest. There are no checks and balances with this company. The developer once referred me to voice my concerns to his “boss”. I called the boss, and she said she would come up with a resolution and call me back, but I never heard from her again. It turns out that his boss is his wife, so she decided not to acknowledge my concerns of the delays and poor customer service. If you chose to use this company, make sure your contract is not vague. Set clear timelines and penalties for delays. Although the lead developer ensured me that the job would be completed in 4-6 weeks, he took 18 weeks to deliver an incomplete, plagiarized website.
