Great team - Employees are polite, friendly, solve problems in the shortest possible time.
- Services are not performed in accordance with the contract. The contract serves solely to ensure that Idoneus ensures that you will pay the racket for 12 months. On the written and telephone confession of the employees that they did not work properly, they suspended the contract only for google ads, justifying that my neighborhood - idoneus has nothing to do with it, and through them the package for which they were responsible was taken. They work mostly students who don’t care about clients. Accounting does one thing, it sends invoices from the beginning of the contract, the communication person says himself that nothing has been done for 3 months since the conclusion of the contract, and the invoices have arrived! In the phone conversation that is being recorded, he offers 2 months for free because of course it is their fault, I ask for a termination and after 3 months they call me to have a debt for the past 3 months justifying that those two months are free after the contract expires! Circus! If this is not enough to completely terminate the contract, I will obviously have to hire a lawyer for the sake of a circus company that was created at 225 kn / month!
