- I'd contacted a few web designers when starting out; many didn't return calls or send information they promised, some were prohibitively expensive or tried to sell me on things I didn't want or need. Terry was helpful from the start, talking through what I envisioned and provided realistic advise on what I would and wouldn't need starting out. His quote was affordable and his response to emails prompt. Throughout the design process he was patient and accommodating, offering suggestions where needed. His initial design was almost exactly what I was looking for and after a few tweaks the finished website is prefect. I would recommend Hot Igloo to anyone looking for web design or hosting.
