I can aid $6000.00 for advertising for a full year at $500/mo. A number of years ago. I have a great website done by someone else, and get good feedback on it. At first, they tried to blame my website. My sales rep tried but could never figure out WHY it didn’t make my phone ring at all! After my contact ended, I went to their main competitor—with my same website—and my phone rang off the wall I got so much business! They were great! When I realize it was ALL THEIR FAULT, I called over and over to try to get a refund! NO ONE EVER CALLED ME BACK! They wouldn’t even give me free advertising in exchange! I probably lost $100,000 that year, and would never use them again! I finally decided to write this—maybe someone will DO something.they OWE ME big time. JV

Our body shop used Hibu services for website design, Google listings, and social media. I gave them a detailed list of what I wanted on the website and even did alot of the website designing myself, because they did not do anything I asked them to. They refused to use the photos that I gave them to put on the website and kept putting google stock photos on the website and our social media instead. They put random videos on our website that were alot of random cars from google, horrible music, and it wasn't conducive of the business that we have built. Every time I called, it was extremely difficult to speak with someone and when I did speak with someone, my concerns were never corrected. We chose to cancel, because we were out of contract, and they billed us for another two months. I had to call AGAIN to have them release ownership of our google listing and to transfer our domain. They did not release our google (they never did anything on our google. I did it all). They DELETED my Google listing that I had worked so hard on. I would NOT recommend Hibu to anyone. There is no professionalism, it is high priced, and the value of the work that they do doesn't justify the cost. DO NOT USE HIBU TO HELP YOU BOOST YOUR ONLINE CLIENT BASE!

It's a good idea in practice, but very hard to understand We had gotten their review and social campaign, and the site wouldn't let me see the results that my money was going to, then when COVID hit, our business slowed down, and we could not afford it. We wanted to cancel, but was told we could not. I wanted to set up payments on their site, but you cannot in ANY easy way possible, because I do want to pay off my debt. The product is a good in theory, but the results and implementation is not worth it. People are hard to get in touch with unless they want your money

This company is a scam. I canceled this service last year and they keep sending me statements. They also forged my signature on a "renewal" that I did not certify. It is a foreign company that is based in Iowa, so that should tell you something. I was a loyal customer, I thought it was the real Yellow Book, but it isn't. I also have sold the business that they keep advertising. I will soon follow up w legal counsel. BUYER BEWARE!!
