Hamilton is a full-service creative agency headquartered in Lancaster, Pennsylvania that offers results in marketing, design, brand identity, media, advertising and other creative specialties. It is an amazing place where we find it as easy to collaborate with clients in the Lancaster area as we do with those in Philadelphia, Washington DC, Baltimore and New York. This historical region has also taught us something about hard work and fundamental values. The Amish / Mennonite culture of the area brings together some of the most hard-working people in the world who have vigilantly protected their high standards.

We know something about hard work and high standards, we do not believe in "good enough". We bring more than 20 years of combined experience in marketing, design, brand / identity, media, advertising and other specialties in the creative spectrum. Our firm was formed when co-founder Bryan Hamilton decided to close a chapter in the media world of more than 11 years and join forces with his brother and independent co-founder, Nate Hamilton, to make his dream come true.

We set out to build an agency where you can expect the design and experience standards of the big city while enjoying a small city, a fair investment. You have heard the phrase and maybe you have seen the hashtag "#designmatters", a saying that we believe was born of so many unfortunate design errors. Design is absolutely important and it is a focus here in Hamilton. It is the constant in everything we do: the design of a brand, the design of a campaign, the design of a strategy. Unless we are thinking about the look, feel and overall design of everything we do for you, we are not doing well.
