We are a small Costa Rican team that builds the digital side of a business and then hands it over. Websites, online stores, SEO, Google Ads, custom software and AI agents that answer on WhatsApp. Two kinds of clients hire us: companies here who need to be found by people searching nearby, and foreign owners who invested in Costa Rica and need someone who works in English, on their timezone, and understands how this market actually buys.

Three things run through everything we do. First, the client owns it: on final payment the site, the domain, the source code, the ad accounts and the analytics are all in their name, and we put that in writing before starting. We have seen too many businesses discover, years in, that two years of campaign history lived in someone else's account. Second, we do not promise search rankings.

Google decides those and nobody can sell them. What we commit to is work that is done and documented, so the client can check it instead of trusting us. Third, we say when not to buy. If a business is moving a handful of orders a month, it does not need an online store yet; if the website does not explain what it sells, paying for traffic is paying for people to leave.

We also do our own research and publish it. We measured 105 commercial search terms in Costa Rica with Google's Keyword Planner and found only nine pass a hundred searches a month, which changes how an SEO plan for this country should be built. We measured a hundred Costa Rican company websites and none passed the mobile performance check. Numbers like those are why we can tell a client what to expect rather than guess.

What we build is shaped by how Costa Rica buys. A serious share of sales here close in a WhatsApp conversation and never touch a checkout, so every product gets a WhatsApp button. SINPE Movil sits next to card payments because a lot of people will not type a card number but will send a transfer without thinking. Electronic invoicing connects to the system where the sale is recorded, so nobody types the same sale twice.
